WHAT YOU’LL DO
Plan and control project execution from concept to release.
Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketers).
Define task priorities and resources for effective achievement of goals.
Maintain communication between teams and external stakeholders.
Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to increase productivity.
Analyze risks and develop plans to avoid them.
Continuously monitor project progress and prepare reports.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT company.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practical experience in their implementation.
Skills in resource management, time management, and task delegation.
Strong communication skills, ability to convey ideas and motivate the team.
Analytical mindset and ability to quickly adapt to changes.
Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Experience working in startups or product companies will be an advantage.
