As Middle Affiliate Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Affiliate accounts processing - registration, maintenance, support, statistics gathering.
Regular review of affiliate campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness and ensure profitability.
KYC process completion and IO signing with partners (in collaboration with the Compliance team).
Monitoring the performance of all engaged partners, improving existing deals to increase profitability.
Analyzing brands' performance results.
Negotiating flat fees and listing fees agreements.
Obtaining necessary creatives and bonuses from partners in response to internal requests.
Ability to present work results in metrics and numbers.
Obtaining links on partner sites/casinos/blogs/software providers (testimonials).
Controlling and resolving issues with blocked accounts.
Managing partner debts (accounts receivable in collaboration with the Finance department).
Collaboration – cross-team interaction with SEO specialists and the product team.
Understanding markets, their regulations, and compliance requirements, timely monitoring of updates (in collaboration with the Legal team).
Searching for new partners according to internal requests, their integration, and subsequent analysis of statistics.
Email handling.
Adding accounts to Voonix software.
Working with postbacks (in collaboration with the Product team).
Active participation in public events such as conferences, meetings, parties, etc.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Understanding the specifics of partner businesses, their needs, and how to influence them.
Knowledge of monetization models (CPA, Revshare, Flat, Hybrid, Listing Fee – what affects them).
Understanding the needs and preferences of players for specific geos (what converts better/less, understanding user desires).
Knowledge of metrics (Clicks, Regs, FTDs, Click to Dep, Conversion rate, Deposit value, NGR, Affiliate commission (CPA + RS commission), Flat fee revenue).
Understanding the player journey – flow from visiting the site to making a repeat deposit on the brand’s site. Understanding their interdependencies with brand metrics, followed by an analysis of where and why drop-offs may occur.
Knowledge of brands – how long they’ve been on the market, what geos they target, on which platforms they operate, and which team is developing the brand.
Understanding different types of traffic (SEO, PPC, Media Buying).
Ability to use NetRefer, SoftSwiss, Cellexpert, MAP, Raventrack, and IncomeAccess.
Ability to highlight and analyze top brands in the market based on competitor analysis.
