As Senior Affiliate Partner
Role Purpose:
BoyleSports is seeking a dynamic, data-driven Senior Affiliate Executive to join its fast-paced Affiliate Marketing team.
This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our affiliate program, working in close collaboration with the Affiliate Manager and the wider marketing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a proven track record in affiliate marketing, and a passion for leveraging data to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Cultivate, develop, and manage robust relationships with assigned Affiliate partners.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor affiliates' performance, compiling detailed reports to capture key metrics. Proactively communicate insights and any issues to partners or the line manager to ensure swift resolutions and sustained growth.
Content & Campaign Management: Ensure all affiliate materials—including campaigns tracking links, design assets, landing pages, bonus offers and T&Cs—are current and optimized for success.
Operational Excellence: Support the Affiliate Manager to optimize efficiency and maximize the performance of the Affiliate channel.
Partner Acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and secure new Affiliate partners to expand the network.
Partner Enablement: Collaborate closely with Affiliate partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to effectively promote BoyleSports.
Reward & Tracking Optimization: Set up and manage reward plans within NetRefer, ensuring all tracking links are accurately implemented and maintained.
Compliance Coordination: Work directly with the compliance team to implement legal updates and ensure all Affiliate partners adhere to regulatory standards.
Industry Expertise: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of best practices and innovative strategies in affiliate marketing, applying these insights to enhance overall performance.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
1+ year experience in Affiliate marketing, either on Sports or Gaming (Casino).
Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, Excel, GA.
Being familiar with Affiliate platforms (Netrefer, Income Access, Myaffiliates etc) is a plus.
Specialist Skills and Experience Required:
Proven affiliate marketing experience paired with a proactive, fast-learning mindset.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with affiliates and internal teams.
Acute attention to detail combined with strong numerical aptitude.
Rapid adaptability to new software and emerging product functionalities.
Exhibits a strong work ethic, comfortably balancing collaborative and independent tasks.
Adapts well and performs effectively in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
