Requirements
Experience as a PM : 3 years or more, preferably in Content, Marketing or a related field;
Knowledge of project management methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Kanban or others;
Ability to work with task management tools: Asana, Trello, Jira, etc;
Experience in systematisation and optimisation of processes: development of checklists, templates, regulations.
Will be plus
Knowledge of the arbitrage/iGaming market.

Organised and systematic: the ability to structure the work of the department;
Communication skills: the ability to interact effectively with the team and other departments;
Multitasking: the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without losing quality;
Problem solving skills: quick response to change and handling crisis situations;

Stress tolerance: working under tight deadlines and high pressure.
Responsibilities
Maintaining the board in Asana;
Creating and continuously updating the text archive and cross-boarding with other teams and their project managers;
Developing templates for standard processes (briefs, checklists, reporting forms);
Allocating resources between projects to avoid overloading staff;
Organising regular meetings (daily/weekly) to track the status of tasks;
Organising regular cross-departmental meetings.
