About the Role:
 
The Senior Affiliate Manager will oversee affiliate marketing strategies, manage relationships with affiliates and optimize overall marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of hard skills, including financial expertise, data analysis and proficiency in English, Russian, and Armenian (both written and oral). Additionally, hands-on experience in affiliate management and a deep understanding of affiliate marketing terminology (CPA, Hybrid, Revenue Share) are essential.
 
 
Responsibilities:
Financial Expertise: Interface with financial and legal teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, financial transparency and adherence to industry standards within the Affiliate Program
Data Analysis and Mathematical Precision: Utilize advanced Mathematical models and Data Analysis techniques to evaluate affiliate performance, optimize conversion rates and maximize ROI for both affiliates and VBET
Multilingual Proficiency: Exceptional proficiency in English, Russian, and Armenian (both written and oral) to effectively communicate with affiliates and stakeholders
Affiliate Management Experience: Hands-on experience in Affiliate Management, demonstrating expertise in CPA, Hybrid, Revenue Share and other Affiliate Marketing terminology
Compliance and Brand Safety: Ensure ongoing compliance and brand safety with publishers on an ongoing basis
Affiliate Network: Manage affiliate relationships with a focus on regulated markets, leveraging an existing network of affiliates to drive acquisition and growth
Requirements:
 
Hard Skills:
 
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is desirable
Proven experience working in regulated markets (TIER 2,3 unregulated markets – TR, IN, Chile etc), preferably with an established network or database of affiliates
Leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, training and performance management
Strong data-driven background in marketing analytics and digital performance marketing
Proficiency in core online advertising revenue models and traffic channels
Exceptional analytical, organizational and prioritization skills
High level of flexibility and adaptability to excel in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of the betting and gambling industry is a strong advantage
Soft Skills:
Exceptional Communication Skills: Build and nurture relationships with a diverse network of affiliates, employing strong negotiation skills to navigate intricate partnership agreements and resolve disputes professionally
Stakeholder Management: Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives
Managerial Excellence: Lead, mentor and continuously build a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and productive work environment
Adaptability and Conflict Resolution: Navigate varied work ethics and personalities with adaptability and diplomacy, resolving conflicts and challenges with tact and professionalism
