As Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator
Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator reporting into the Head of Lifecycle Marketing is an executional role, focused on supporting the functions of the Lifecycle Marketing department, building and updating email newsletters, website pop-up campaigns, and landing pages. This individual will be a key contributor on our team, focused on the quality control of all deliverables produced by our department.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
Reporting to the Head of Lifecycle Marketing, the Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation and accuracy of all elements related to our department’s deliverables, including email newsletters, website pop-up campaigns, and landing pages
Create and update weekly operator offer email newsletters under the direction of the Email Marketing Specialist, including the implementation of A/B tests monitoring open rate and click-through rate (CTR)
Create and update pop-up campaigns and landing pages under the direction of the Senior Conversion Strategist, including the implementation A/B tests monitoring conversion rate
Manage the request and implementation of operator links for all emails, pop-ups, and landing pages based on the direction of the Head of Lifecycle Marketing and via collaboration with the partnerships team
Manage Lifecycle Marketing team project board, creating all tasks shared in the weekly plan created by the Head of Lifecycle Marketing and communicating any critical updates to the Email Marketing Specialist and Senior Conversion Strategist in a timely manner.
TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Brings an analytical and problem-solving mindset to day-to-day challenges
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient with Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms is a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
