As Senior Affiliate Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Affiliate Account Manager to elevate our affiliate program to new heights. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record in affiliate marketing, capable of optimizing performance, driving revenue, and building lasting relationships with high-value affiliates. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic affiliate management: Identify, recruit, and establish relationships with high-value affiliates who specialize in iGaming and online casino traffic.
Affiliate program growth: Develop and implement innovative strategies to scale the affiliate program, focusing on quality and high-converting traffic.
Performance analysis & optimization: Leverage analytics to monitor affiliate performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure maximum return on investment.
Affiliate relationship management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key affiliates, providing them with support, insights, and promotional opportunities to enhance performance.
Campaign execution & collaboration: Work closely with affiliates and internal teams to plan and execute promotions, exclusive offers, and tailored marketing campaigns.
Compliance & risk management: Ensure all affiliates adhere to regulatory guidelines, responsible gaming policies, and jurisdictional requirements.
Reporting & data-driven decision-making: Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to the leadership team to refine affiliate strategies.
Commission structures & incentive management: Optimize and manage commission structures, bonuses, and incentives to align with business goals and drive affiliate engagement.
Market intelligence & competitive analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a best-in-class affiliate program.

Essential Criteria:
Solid experience within Affiliate Account Management and Affiliate Marketing.
Team player: Collaborative mindset, with experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, and compliance teams).
Experience with MGA Market.
Fluent English – both written and spoken.
Experience with Revenue share and CPA (Cost Per Action) payment models.
Proven planning and organisational skills.
Experience with Microsoft office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital acquisition strategies specific to online casinos.
Understanding of CRM strategies and player retention in the iGaming industry.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, particularly in markets where iGaming is popular.
