As Head of Operations
Overview & Purpose:
Join our dynamic team at Dream Team Gaming where you will play a pivotal role in shaping, driving and delivering exceptional gaming operational excellence. As Head of Gaming Operations, you would be responsible for managing the daily activities within a casino or gaming establishment. This includes working hand-in-hand with our Exco team to ensure seamless & efficient integration across multi-functional departments and business initiatives. This high-energy position is perfect for someone who is an online casino & iGaming industry leader, a strategic thinker, with the ultimate vision of playing a pivotal role in shaping an organisation to achieve operational excellence. A hands-on , results orientated Leader, who will lead with impact, foster cross-functional collaboration and take charge in optimising processes to bring forward results in a fast paced &ever-growing organisation. This integral role, will work closely with our Exco Team to drive cross functional business initiatives and implement strategies that will drive growth, efficiencies and profitability across our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Strategies:
Define and implement operational strategies, structures and processes to optimize efficiency and enhance user & business experiences.
Create cohesive strategies for online gaming technology operations.
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability in the gaming division.
Lead the development of long-term operations plans and goals aligned with the overall company objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making.
Product, Brand & Marketing Operations Management:
Collaborate with CPO & Product team to support the effective roll out of the product road maps and prioritize projects for enhancement.
Manage the adoption and optimisation of technology solutions, ensuring the seamless operation of our digital tools and systems.
Collaborate with the brand, acquisitions, marketing teams to execute market campaigns and programs.
Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing and brand teams, ensuring to deliver on strategic & operational deliverables aligned with company goals.
Partner with the Retentions, Marketing, Affiliate & VIP Teams to analyze and improve customer experience and service, implementing process enhancements to reduce resolution time and boost NetPromoter Score (NPS).
Manage end-to-end IT Operations, IT Asset management and advise on IT solutions and optimization.
Quality Control and Operational Excellence:
Work closely with department leaders to ensure all aspects of gaming operations run efficiently and effectively, including compliance and performance of all our technology platforms and product brands.
Work closely with the CFO, Head of Payments to implement and optimize localized payment solutions, aiming to improve user experience, first-time deposits (FTD%), retention rate (RR), and return on investment (ROI).
Casino & iGaming Operational Compliance:
Work closely with CLO and Legal, Fraud & Risk departments to establish and drive compliance requirements and operational excellence, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across all operational territories.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards governing gaming operations.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the Executive Committee to define the company’s strategic objectives and execute operational plans to achieve them.
Lead the development and execution of both short term and long-term operational strategies, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals.
Process innovation and optimisation:
Innovate and standardise business processes across different departments, enhancing operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Regularly update process documentation and training materials, ensuring all teams have the resources needed to excel.
Cultivate a culture centred on continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence.
Lead the charge in resolving cross-departmental issues, maintaining operational continuity and excellence.
IT / Data Security & Compliance: Collaborate with CLO & Internal Compliance departments and ensure compliance with data protection regulations, KYC, and other legal requirements.
Essential Criteria:
Knowledge and experience in the online casino & i-gaming industry is non negotiable.
