About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Media Buyer who specializes in mobile app performance campaigns, particularly via SDK networks and Google UAC. You’ll be responsible for managing the full campaign lifecycle – from strategy to execution and optimization – across platforms like Unity, Liftoff, Moloco, IronSource, and more.
This role requires a highly analytical mindset, strong command of mobile performance metrics, and a passion for driving ROI through advanced media buying strategies.
What You’ll Be Doing
Launch, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across SDK traffic sources (Unity, Liftoff, Moloco, IronSource, etc.)
Run CPI, CPA, and CPM campaigns for mobile and desktop user acquisition
Lead performance optimization through data analysis, audience segmentation, and creative testing
Maintain and scale campaigns using platform-specific tools, algorithms, and insights
Manage daily spend, pacing, bid strategies, and budgets to ensure optimal campaign performance
Analyze results and prepare performance reports highlighting key KPIs and actionable insights
Collaborate with internal teams including creatives, product, and analytics for alignment and growth
Explore new buying platforms, tools, and strategies to unlock new opportunities
Keep pace with changes and trends in mobile advertising and SDK ecosystems
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of hands-on experience with in-app traffic, SDK networks, or programmatic platforms
Proven expertise with Google UAC and at least one major SDK platform (Unity, Liftoff, Moloco, IronSource)
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools
Highly detail-oriented with a passion for numbers, data, and performance marketing
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Experience in mobile gaming, online gambling, casino marketing is a strong plus
Nice to Have
Relevant marketing, analytics, or technical degree/certification
Familiarity with MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners) such as AppsFlyer or Adjust
Creative testing experience or familiarity with ad design best practices
