Optival’s Operations team is growing, and we’re looking for an Entry-Level Business Operations professional to join us in optimizing processes, ensuring data accuracy, and driving performance across the business.

Mission:
 
The Business Operations role is responsible for the ongoing operational management of the business, including ensuring accurate and reliable data for optimal decision-making, effectively managing financial processes to secure all owed payments, supporting seamless account management to avoid disruptions, and maintaining high-performing websites for enhanced performance and user experience. The role has a significant impact on overall company success and reports directly to the Operations & strategy lead.
 
Areas of responsibility:
 
System & Process Oversight – Oversee processes across multiple systems, including website performance and health, account operations, and integration workflows, cross-department project management – Manage projects across departments to enhance operational efficiency and solve business challenges. Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, including product managers and business development
Financial Operations – Integrate internal financial processes and financial reporting. maintain accurate records, and facilitate effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
Data Integrity & Optimization – Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems. Identify and resolve discrepancies, monitor key processes, optimize data flow between platforms,
Requirements
 
Professional:
 
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Industrial engineering or similar)
High proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Technical proficiency – ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, platforms, and tools; experience with data-driven environments is a plus
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas)
Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies across systems
Experience with Jira and familiarity with backend systems and tools- An Advantage
Experience in managing system integrations, process monitoring, or website performance – an advantage
